Young farmer

Between 2002 and 2007, the number of farmers older than 65 grew by nearly 22 percent, according to the U.S. Agriculture Department. For every one farmer and rancher under 25, there are five who are 75 or older. And all this is happening while some experts predict a growing world population will require 70 percent more food by 2050.
